Can we use OUTREC & BUILD interchangeably ?

Hi,
Can we use BUILD & OUTREC interchangeably with OUTFIL IFTHEN?
Please let me know if my understanding is wrong.

I got confused after looking at the syntax picture and assumed & tried it that way....

Hi,
The below statement from v1.3 programmer's guide caused me the confusion
The BUILD parameter has been added. BUILD can be used as an alias for FIELDS in an INREC or OUTREC statement and as an alias for OUTREC in an OUTFIL statement.

Yes, but OUTREC cannot replace BUILD when used with an IFTHEN statement.
