But there might be duplicates in the Files.

Is there some reason you quoted my entire earlier reply with no additional content :?

I have written Please infront of the message....
Which still does not permit posting a demand - and get this done.

I suspect part of this is due to language differences. We can help with that as well :)

Please provide a more accurate sampling of both of your input files and your expected output. If there are duplicate keyed records in both input files, how do you know which record from File 1 should "win" over which record in File 2?
