Hello and welcome to the forum,

If this is already running on your system, it should be rather straight forward to copy a few records from the "real" input file, run the process, and observe the output.

There are examples in the Syncsort documentation as well as the explanation for each part of each control statement.

If you find something in the documentatino that is not clear, post what you round and your doubt. Someone should be able to clarify.

Do not post the same question on multiple forums. This is just rude and wastes people's time as the same people monitor several forums. . .

The duplicate topic on our other forum has been locked.
