Hi,

Can anybody provide me a sort card using either DFSORT/SYNCSORT Utility to have matched records from two files.

Say:
File1

Acct.NO Acct.Name
0012 Vishnu
0016 Mohan
0019 Sandra

File2

Acct.NO Acct.Name
0013 Arjun
0016 Mohan
0020 Catherine

If your site is authorized to use the sort product, you have access to the manuals (whether through an internal web site, via the vendor web site, or hard copy at your site). You can look up JOINKEYS yourself and write your own SORT statement(s).

In case you haven't figured it out yet, nobody is giving you the SORT statement(s) you need for free -- either pay for help, or accept that this forum will not provide what you (apparently) need and do not have the motivation to find out for yourself. You can ask as many times as you want, but the answer you have received won't change.

And as you cannot even tell us which sort product you use I will move one topic to DFSort and one to Syncsort.

Hi Nic,

I'm locking this topic also. It is basically a repeat of the other (very similar) topic that has been locked due to Rajesh unwillingness to continue the dialog properly . . .

Yes, I left it unlocked just in case he came back. Re-locking.
