Hi,
I am trying to create a rule in OPS/MVS or just a simple rexx routine that will fire upon the creation of a dataset. This is a dataset that is FTP'd in and I was needing to set other parameters once the dataset is created. Can someone tell me if this can be done and if so point me in the right direction.

Suggest you talk with your scheduling people to define a process to be run when the dataset is created.

This is not a rexx or clist issue, but a rather is a scheduling requirement.
