Is there any certifiction which can be done on Rexx. I have searched and didn't find any result.

Never heard of one for Rexx, or for any other common languages. Really doesn't make much sense for someone to provide a certifation program for something so relatively easy to use and so wide-spread.

Still, there are some people with masters skills and others with apprentice skills. Employers may wish to pay people according to their skill level.

Hello,

Employers may wish to pay people according to their skill level.
Which points out the need for one or more competent interviewers (rather than some HR clerk who only knows to look for buzzwords) :)
