suggisions for migration into mainframes platform

Hi all, this is madan, now i am working as a software engineer in other technology an di have 2.3 years of experience onthat, but i was impressed by mainframes and i am leaning mainframs now, i want to migrate my platform to mainframes, please suggest me any MNC can hire me or not,i don't want to fake my profile.
