hi,
can any ony one explain about panvalet tool and what purpose we will use and why we will use?

If you have it then your co-workers will know and explain the procedures for using it. If not, then you do not need to know about it abut you can look at bits and bobs on the Internet. In short,though, it is a code repositoryand you update the contents via jobs. At least that was what we did back in 89/90.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Project or company? Presumably project so that there are other people in the company working on the mainframe. You are not an island.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.
