What have you tried so far? Looking for links in the forum using the Search button, looking for links in the forum by using eye-balls, looking for links by using Google, looking for the manuals in your office, asking co-workers? If you are not in work but in a training centre how about asking your tutor where to get the manuals/links?
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
