Check stopped

Hello, mainfraimers.

I have got stupid Channel status after unplug and plug back cable into FICON adapter.
After cable had been unplug and plug back the FICON card became "Check stopped".
The explanation is:

Check stopped
The channel path is unavailable due to a permanent machine error affecting the channel hardware.
The channel path is not operating.

Are any clear explantaion exists what is channel hardware and is the "Check stopped" crititcal?
Meantime the PCHID is in online state
