RACF database corrupted

We have run the IRRUT400 utility with Parm=LOCKINPUT which caused the database locked I guess. Getting RACF abend ICH409I 483-050 ABEND during RACINIT processing.
Tried by running IRRUT400/IRRDBU00 with unlockinput parm but still no luck. Can someone advise on this please?

Have you tried RVARY SWITCH to the backup database?
