It is not clear what you are looking for. If you clarify what you are looking for, someone may have a more useful reply.
Jobs don't run "in CA7". CA7 controls the jobs, but they run just like jobs you submit from one of your libraries.

Jobs have an assigned CLASS and require an open Initiator to be selected from the queue for execution. The workload can be controlled by limiting the available initiators.
Started tasks begin execution immediately upon submission (usually via console command) and do not require an Initiator. A JOB card is optional.
