Different program, different topic. And note how pretty and readable your screenshots are now that they have been coded.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Remember way back when? I said you have to work from top to bottom?

You posted the report headings, but not the numbers. For all we know, you are in 99.9999% wait time. I've seen this mistake over and over again: you seem to have already decided that the VSAM CPU time is what the "problem" is, so that's all you are looking at.

Please try posting that first page again and let us see what the actual wait/cpu/queue times are.
