Complicated Scheduling How to's

I got this programmer trying to schedule a job that for some reason is racking my brain and not working with everything im trying so far. We rarely have situations like this and to be honest a little spoiled and out of practice. I am using a 5d calendar which allows the job to run m-f and holidays. here are the specifics...


if the 1st of the month falls on or before the 1st wed of the month he wants it to run the second Wed of the month. schid=001

If the 1st of the month falls on a thurs,fri,sat etc then he wants it run the 1st Wed of the month. Schid=002


I still actively messing with this schedule but if anybody has a solution or an idea please let me know Thanks!
