What are you wanting to change dynamically? There are a number of parameters in LOADxx and not all of them can be modified while the system is operating.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Your request is not clear -- your reference to LOADxx really complicated your question. The only reference to "subsystem" in the LOADxx explanation in the MVS Initialization and Tuning Reference manual is talking about the IODF in use, and why would you want to know the IODF in use?

Furthermore, the console command starting with "d" is for display -- and that does not mean "change", it means "display".

Member IEFSSNxx is used to define the subsystems in use -- not LOADxx. Assuming that you really meant subssytem as used in z/OS and not something else (terminology is critical in IT where similar terms may mean very different things), the command is D SSI,ALL but many application programmers do not have access to issue console commands. You need to find the MVS System Commands manual and learn to look up such things yourself.

I think what he meant by (d) was the letter (a)

so his question would be:

what is a command to change a PARMLIB(LOADxx)dynamically

What is a command to see prefix of subsystem??
If I told you, Mossad would have to kill you :)

In either case the poster was using (perhaps inadvertently) an actual console command abbreviation -- which means the poster was wrong. It is the responsibility of the person writing the post to ensure clear communication occurs and by using kiddie talk instead of proper written English, the poster confused the terminology and made an accurate answer pretty much impossible.
