I am very impressed by Nokia's QT Developer IDE, it supports a lot of platforms and a lot of programming languages. Here are the languages it supports now:

It would be nice to see IBM update their PL/I compiler to support QT Developer, its much nicer than Eclipse.

But the IBM PL/I compiler that Nic linked to is workable for now.
