can any one send me the document for ispf dialog developers guide for pli

Here is the link to the Dialog Developer's Guide and Reference. Note that there is no PL/I version; it doesn't really matter if you embed your calls to ISPF services in PL/I, COBOL, HLASM, Rexx, or what have you.

You can find all you need in the way of documentation at the IBM documentation site to which you have already been pointed - albeit to a specific manual.
