When am compiling a program it says

DSNT210I -JDTA BIND AUTHORIZATION ERROR
USING T5049MR AUTHORITY
PLAN = RPRDT039
PRIVILEGE = BIND
DSNT201I -JDTA BIND FOR PLAN RPRDT039 NOT SUCCESSFUL

AM facing this problem only with this program for remaining bind got successful. Please help me where i did mistake or what will be the reason

And what the flucking 'ell has this to do with PL/I?

IBM has excellent manuals may I suggest that you start using them!

First - do not post the same question on multiple forums.

Second - talk with your dba (or security people) to learn why you do not have authorization for this.

As mentioned, you need to become familiar with the documentation.
