Copy Selection As Bitmap

There are a couple of users in the office where I work that use the "Copy Selection as Bitmap" and when they paste the copied selection there tends to be a notification of sorts that says Copy Selection As Bitmap on the pasted screen. Is there a way to disable this from showing up? See the image I have uploaded.
