How to make User Abend in the Easytrieve?

I am having a requirement, to check the date in the Header Record against the Current date. If the date, doesn't match i need to perform the User abend. How to do that?

Hello,
Rather than a "real" system abend, suggest you create an invokable user abend module (if one does not already exist). You can then get a Unnnn abend rather than a mis-leading system abend . . .
