Locking a PDS

Postby ram23bal » Tue Oct 07, 2008 7:09 pm

Hi all

Is it possible to lock a PDS? As the members in the PDS are very sensitive I need them to be secure.

Your security product (RACF, ACF2, etc) can do this.

Security is separate from dataset creation. The security manager must define a "profile" that identifies your PDS name and who may access it.
