Hi - I am trying to generate jcl code, Need to know is there any way we can design application GUI in .net or java and on entry of values we can generate the jcl code in mainframes in ISPF library in mainframes

Why would you write an application on a toy computer to create JCL in PDS(E)s?

Look at z/OS MF (if it is installed at your site). Some of the workflows allow you to enter parameters and then edit the generated JCL before it is submitted on the LPAR.
