please explain ZD and T in JCL?

hi, can anybody help me explain the meaning: "ZD,EDIT=(TTTTTTTT), " in my JCL,

Hello,

What you have posted is not JCL - it is control information for the SORT.

ZD is for zoned-decimal. EDIT=(TTTTTTTT) is an edit pattern.

Complete details of the sort control info is in the manual for your sort product - proabaly DFSORT or Syncsort.
