JCL Insync Invalid Password

Postby saurabhgupta86 » Tue Nov 06, 2012 7:42 pm

Hi,

I am facing an issue while comparing two datasets using Insync utility in JCL.

I could see the logged message INSYNC PASSWORD CPU INVALID.

Please suggest, how could i resolve this issue?

Thanks & Regards

Provide, via the correct method, the correct password. I doubt if you would do this via JCL but more likely via Insync control cards so get the Insync manual out.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Contact your site support group and report the error to them. It sounds like there is either a configuration issue or the software has not been installed correctly.
