JES doesn't schedule jobs. You still need to use your site's job scheduling system to do such a task.

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

month-day-year is commonly used in the U.S., many other people use day-month-year.

US is the ONLY place I know of that uses MMDDYYYY but it probably isn't the only one most places where the Brits have been use the european/British format and judging by the name and question I would guess the OP comes from the sub-continent. However, it would not be the first time that I have been 180 degrees off course!
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

how to execute a job on 7.00am on 01-mar=2011?
1. Be signed onto the system at that and issue a TSO SUBMIT command.

2. Have the job scheduled in the site scheduling package (CA-7, Tivoli, or whatever it is).

3. FTP into the site at 7 AM and use FTP to submit the job.

Basically, either someone submits the job into JES at that time on that date, or a job scheduling package is used. There are no other options.
