Hello pse bdx and welcome to the forums,

SERV is Service Units - measureable resources used by the job. Organizations that use some kind of chargeback accounting usually multiple the cost of a service unit times the amount used by a job. The calculation to determine the cost of a service unite is often complex and is organization dependent.

PAGE refers to paging - shuffling virtual memory into real storage from dasd.

For more complete info, i suggest you talk with your system support people or those tasked with performance measurement and chargeback.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

thanks, it was i expected.
i begin with system on z/os and i have some problems on one LPAR with capping(WLC management) and pagination, so i investigate the jobs batch with high CPU consumption.
for pagination problems, i think the principal reason seems to be Oracle with CICS on z/os.
is some one with this configuration : z/os 1.8 + cicsts 1.3 and oracle 9i ?
can we write in french on this forum ?

Hello,

so i hope i'll be understand with my poor english
It will be good english practice and we'll ask for clarification if there is something we don't understand. Worst case would probably be that we answered the wrong question or gave the wrong answer due to misunderstanding. . . ;)

In this - "so i hope i'll be understand with my poor english", understood would be the correct word to use rather than understand.
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
