I need support for cics BMS language or cics sdf tool

Hi
after many years I have to go back to working in cobol cics, someone has a CICS BMS manual in pdf or SDF manual to create cics maps?

Do what everyone who's not got access to SDF II does, copy existing maps, and hack away.
