A map displayed in the screen, user entered details and press ENTER
How system knows whether this map executed first time/ fourth time etc?

Maybe the program that displays the map has a counter?
Sheesh, was that so difficult?

people are expected to use meaningful/descriptive titles for their posts...
titling a post to the CICS forum CICS is at least symptom of bad manners !

How is this relevant? Usually, a program determines if it has been called the first time - this is usually done using the DFHCOMMAREA, but seeing as how you supplied no information and this may be a site specific thing we can not answer such a question.
