Does poking it into Google give you enough?

I am getting confused at CEMT SET DB2Conn and CEMT SET CONNECTION, just wanted to ask that whether it is possible to establish a DB2 Connection from the CEMT SET CONNECTION.

Why on earth did you not specify this in the first place instead of just asking about CEMT SET CONNECTION? Your original post is a SPECTACULAR example of how NOT to ask a question -- you did not specify anything about DB2 in your question, even though that is what you wanted to know. And presumably you have now found out that CEMT SET CONNECTION is used for interregion or intersystem connections and has nothing to do with DB2 -- for that you use CEMT SET DB2CONN?

Sorry for that Robert :( I seriously need some practice to post threads in professional forums.
I'll try to avoid that in future.

Hello,

I seriously need some practice to post threads in professional forums
Not to worry - you've only been here a short while :) You'll learn and we'll guide (sometime gently, sometimes not so . . .)

I would suggest that you invest some time learning that accuracy is extremely important. One needs to post what is really meant which is far more productive than posting something similar. As you have seen, this just slows things down (and often attraces flames).
Hope this helps,
d.sch.
