How to Check How Many LPARS Are there in CEC

Postby sureshkattam » Wed Aug 11, 2010 4:06 am

HI! All

We have 4 Difference CEC( keck) boxes. In each CEC there are 4 or 5 LPAR's. Is there anyway we can see how many LPAR's the CEC Has.
If you know the command from TS0 or from SA390/Netview please let me know.

Thank You All, I am new to Mainframe and hence New to this Forum ..

As far as I am aware, you need to go to the HCD to count them. TSO runs under an LPAR, hence cannot tell you how many other LPARs there are. You might be able to find out using JES but I'm not sure.
