What are the different version of DB2 are available for mainframes since inception?
Please give me the list of DB2 versions till date. (Also I'm not clear about the tem DB2 UDB - is it related to mainframes DB2)?

Why the duplicate post?

To quote my answer on your first post:

DB2 was released for MVS back in 1983. You could do some research (hint: Google is your friend) if you really have to know every release over the last 27 years. Then the question becomes, what about the predecessors of DB2 (such as System R which dates back another 10 years or so)?

Hello,

What are the different version of DB2 are available for mainframes since inception?
What do you really want to know? If you more clearly explain what you are looking for and how it might be used, possibly someone can offer suggestions on what you should search for. . .

This question is far too broad . . .

The term UDB is being phased out, so it might not need too much attention.
Hope this helps,
