SCA DB2 structure read failure

When we try to manually initiate a Archive Log processing on DB2 sub system, we are getting the below error msg. But automated arch.log processing is working fine.
DSNJ362E -ABC1 DSNJC005 WARNING: LOGS OF 2 STOPPED OR FAILED MEMBER(S) NOT OFFLOADED.
We have checked the space on the SCA structure. It has enough space. Even, we did SCA structure reuilt and tried. But still, it showing the same error. We couldnt find any error msg on the LOGREC - EREP report and no dump datasets are generated. Actually, it is in 2 way data sharing. So we did failover also and refresh the DB2 sub system. But no use. So could you anyone help me out.
