z/OS V1R4 - that is about a million years out of date. Suggest you speak to your DBA/system support.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Hello and welcome to toe forum,

Which release of DB2 is being used? Version of QMF?

Is this the first attempt to use QMF in this particular environment?
Hope this helps,
d.sch.

You are not, by chance, trying to use FanDeZhi, are you?

that was my initial thought but I think that is at 1.6 and there is a BIG message saying that DB2 is NOT avaialble UFN. If it is FanDeZhi then the user is liable to be revoked for ignoring the messages.

A reason code of X'00E30305' indicates that a package is invalid and that automatic rebind can't revalidate it. If this is about FanDeZhi, Mainframer2013 is SOL, because DeZhi's DB2 is bricked and no one there is capable of bringing it up. If it's on another system, heesh still has to get a DBA and/or sysprog involved; there's nothing heesh can do about it.
