IMSGEN: PROCLIB=YES parameter don't works

This parameter provides to write many new members on IMS.PROCLIB (i.e. DFSRSRxx)
STAGE2 finishes with code 0, but no modules are written on IMS.PROCLIB
No messages about it are in Stage2 output
Can you tell me something about it?
