PSB not found error(U929)

I am running a RunJCL in a 'testing' region. The program accesses to IMS DB but I am receiving U929-"PSB not found" error.
We have 3 testing regions and I need to point to the right one, in order to get the data back from the correct IMS DB for my processing.
Could you please tell me the pointers on the RUNJCL?
By the way, it's a 'BatchDB2' job/program.
