TWS ETT - porting from one sysplex to another

We are currently using the EQQYCAIN utility (in an ISPF wrapper) to port various TWS elements from our test sysplex to our prod sysplex.
Is there any standard facility/utility for porting elements not covered by EQQYCAIN. ETTs are just the first example we have hit. I am sure that there will be more.
