Installing Unicenter RC tools

Postby arshadhrashid » Fri Mar 05, 2010 10:10 pm

Hi,
I have a question regarding installing 3rd party products on z/os like the subject tools for db2 database.
We have 4 sub system in our environmnet with shared DASD, and I need to install the above product so that all 4 envrionment can have their own product environmnet.
I know the db component of the tool will be installed in all for sub system seperatley, but I want to know about the OS componnet.
Do I need to install OS libraries also 4 times like HLQ.PLT.A and HLQ.PLT.B and so on
Or there is a way that I install the product just once like HLQ.PLT and still maintain them seperatley for all 4 sub system.
can some one please shed some light on it.
Thanks.
