i am using ASG Life Cycle Manager version 6 for migration requirments.
so my problem is some users are logging into the lcm system and not coming out of the system eventhough they have finished with the work.
this is leading to failing of a batch job running everyday at night( the job is trying to bring down the lcmdb but cant since the users are logged in).so what we are doing is
manually cancelling all the user ids logged into the system before the starting of the job one by one. This is very time consuming..so is there any way to kick out all the
logged in users together or cancell all the useids using one single command.
please someone help.

Check in the manual. Usually when you are logged-on to whatever system, there is a "time-out" option to disconnect after a period of non-use.
Inform users of the change, and why it has been implemented. Warn them that if they leave their work part-way-thru for x minutes they will now be logged-off automatically and may loose anything they have saved.
Or inform them of what might happen if they continue to leave the building whilst remaining logged-on. If you can get them to do it themselves, the problem goes away anyway.
