I am trying to understand what the ALTIP keyword is for. I believe it is a HA ip address that is not tied to an OSA but can not find any kind of information on it one way or the other.

Not a lot of VSE experience help. I don't recognise the terms, so probably quite a techie thing. Best to find a VSE forum or listserver.
