The usual way -- talk to your site support group and have them grant you access (which may require management approval).

In the unlikely event you are authorized to update RACF security profiles you can research the security profile you need in the appropriate manual. Just a hunch, try SDSF Customization and Security for your z/OS release. We are not here to do basic research for you.

If you are not authorized to update RACF security profiles, you must consult with your support people, as Mr. Sample proposed.

Just a comment: it is extremely unlikely that SDSF/ISFCMD.ODSP.SYSLOG.JES2 is the only SDSF related RACF profile in your shop.

Another comment: if you are not authorized to issue operator commands through SDSF, ULOG access is useless as nothing will be stored there.
