FTP Batch Activity SMF RECORD

Postby danielgp89 » Fri Feb 15, 2019 5:45 am

In which Subtype of 119 Record, can I extract the activity of the FTP that was made via Batch Mode (JCL) ! With Subtype 70 I can get the activity that was made manually, but the ones that are made via JCL doesn't appear in that record!

If you are using batch JCL to initiate an FTP transfer, the batch job is the CLIENT and hence you should be able to find the statistics in the client completion subtype.

How many OTHER client completion subtypes are you seeing in the 119 data?
