SFTP for Mainframe

Postby rickyjong » Wed Feb 22, 2012 5:33 pm

Dear Expertises,

I've below queries: -

Is secured-FTP (SFTP) feature available in Mainframe, i.e. download files from mainframe to other platform (UNIX, Linux, MS Windows servers) through SFTP?
If SFTP is available for mainframe file downloading, how to enable it?

Thanks.

Google is your friend. Googling sftp z/os returns 105,000 hits and one of them on the first page is a slideshow dated December 2009 with the title "Using SFTP on the z/OS Platform". You might want to do a little Googling yourself.
