What are differences between DFSORT and SYNC SORT.
I found one the parameter "SIZE" with DFSORT doesn't work with SYNC SORT.Can anyone add some more like this.

Try posting in the correct zone - this has nothing to do with COBOL.

But...they are competing products from different companies. They have many similarities but also some differences. The best way to find out is to read the documentation - DFSORT docco is available online but your company must be registered to access SYNCSORT manuals. You do not need to worry about differences unless your workplace uses both products.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Well, you should have both sets of manuals available. I have never used SYNCSORT so I cannot say. Others here have used both so they may be able to give more differences.
