Hello,
How to successfully complete a program, when, for example, there is a physical error on a VSAM file read?
What to put in the section named in the parameter SYNAD?
Finally, how to stop it? With a dump?

Hello,
You need to ask someone who works on your system. There are most likely standards in place and you should follow them.
Often (usually) programs that encounter some fatal error are not completed successfully. . .

One great advantage of RAID based DASD that is now the only mainframe DASD is you
cannot get a physical I/O error. The question is moot.
