Hi,

Can any one tell me how to use the 3.3 copy option in rexx or how to do the random copy in a dataset using rexx

You don't use REXX to copy anything. You'd use the same techniques you'd employ outside of REXX, whether they be batch utilities, TSO commands, or ISPF Services. All of those processes are typically available fora REXX exec to invoke. The answer, of course, depends on what you need.

And, what is a "random" copy?

I do not understand the term 'random' because I do not think you are using it in the same way as it is used with 'number' to get 'random number' i.e an unpredictable number.

A 3.3 copy? I guess you would have to use ISPF services especially those beginning LM.
