how to setup hercules simulator with gui

Hi, Friends
I want to know the full detailed steps of hercules simulator?
I am facing some problems like ipl failed, dasd initialisation failed,
so please give me the details so that i can run jcl, cobol programs....!
Please help me....!

Hercules has a web site -- have you been there and asked for help there?
