So you want your program to display the system date and time. I suggest you look at the index of the relevant language reference manual for 'Date' and 'Time'. Each language does it its own way.
The problem I have is that people can explain things quickly but I can only comprehend slowly.

Unfortunately, this forum does not have a page of IBM Manual links.

If you cannot find the documentation for the language you are using, post which version/level of the language you are using and someone here will be able to provide a link. . .
