Search with the mask + age , would give you the result.. Then you can play with those outputs and delete whatever looks old or obsolete.....

nope it is the behaviour of some PHM/PHB(*) who assigned tasks without checking
for the skills needed.

(*) PHM/PHB Pointy-Haired Manager/Boss ( from the Dibert comic strip )
The Pointy-Haired Boss is mostly bald, except for a fringe of hair across the back of the head,
and two tufts that rise to points above his ears (hence the name).
cheers

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

Since this thought would have killed the project three years ago, there's no point to commenting on it now.

Personally I'm inclined to agree with Akatsukami. FWIW it's worth there is a topic in the Assembler section over in our sister site IBM Mainframe Forum started by a person who does not seem to know Assembler and is either unwilling to do research on his own, or is incapable of absorbing what research he claims to have done. I am not responding to any thread he starts.

Though it is far too late, there is some low hanging fruit where you can start -
  • JESJOBS - These profiles include userids, though they are rarely deleted when the userid goes away
  • JESSPOOL - As with JESJOBS, these profiles frequently specify userids and, as with JESJOBS, the profiles are rarely deleted when the corresponding userid disappears.
