When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort

I could not get proper/good results. Results were not relevant to any of the above.

I only know that these two are 3rd party tools used for the following.

AnswerDB - Data Query Tool
MarkIV - Reporting Tool
