Websphere Mainframe to Tomcat migration

hi all,
could any one help/guide how to migrate websphere Mainfraem to Tomcat. we have database reside on Mainframe, our front end reside on java, we are migrating it from webshpere to Tomcat.

googling with websphere tomcat migration returned 250000 hits
and quite a few were right on the spot

I still wonder why people involved in high level tasks are not capable of doing a bit of research themselves :evil:

When I tell somebody to RTFM or STFW I usually have the page open in another tab/window of my browser,
so that I am sure that the information requested can be reached with a very small effort
